PWInsider reported earlier today that the former Cruiserweight champion has been cleared of all charges involving the domestic incident that he was involved in back in December. The charges were dropped by the prosecutor’s office due to insufficient evidence.
WWE suspended Swann after he was arrested on December 10th, following the altercation between him and his wife, Impact’s Su Yung. He was charged with false imprisonment and battery. Soon after his arrest, Swann and Yung mended their relationship and got back together.
Odds are, Swann will be reinstated quite soon. With the loss of the current champion, bringing back Rich Swann will help 205 Live quite a lot.
