Yesterday night’s NXT Tapings saw an NXT Title match, a new #1 contender being crowned for the NXT Championship and a former ROH Star debuting for the Development Territory of WWE. Below are the spoilers for all the events:
We noted before how Bobby Roode was scheduled to defend his title against Roderick Strong. In the title match which was taped last night, Roode came out victorious and defeated Strong in a match which was described to be a ‘Takeover quality’ bout:

In another match, Drew McIntyre defeated Killian Dain and became the new #1 contender for Roode’s Championship. It appears that Drew will challenge Bobby for the title at the upcoming NXT Takeover: Brooklyn III event:

Finally, the tapings also saw the debut of former ROH Star Bobby Fish. Fish competed in a match against Aleister Black, which he lost. It was noted that Fish acted as a heel:
