Roman Reigns’ Wrestlemania opponent apparently revealed on RAW

Roman Reigns is ready to get back in the action ever since his return. With Wrestlemania approaching, it is a wonder who The Big Dog will compete against. After this week’s RAW, it seems his Wrestlemania opponent has been revealed.

Drew McIntyre attacked Roman Reigns from behind and prevented him from competing in his first singles match since his return. They are prolonging his in-ring return as they have started a new feud for Roman.

Roman was scheduled to face Baron Corbin on RAW. It was also rumored that Reigns would face Baron Corbin at Wrestlemania, but that no longer is the case following this week’s RAW.

Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that Roman Reigns vs Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania is the plan now. This will use the heat Drew McIntyre got from beating down Dean Ambrose after RAW ended this week as well.

We will have to wait and see how this feud develops.

That’s not a given, he could still be made to look strong in defeat. Whether the writers will do that is another question…

I want McIntyre to get a big Mania match, so is some ways this is good, but it is totally the wrong time to put him against Reigns.
Right now with returning from leukemia, the potential end of the Shield and Ambrose maybe leaving, how can Reigns end up with a loss at Mania?
McIntyre right now needs a big Mania match that he can win.

No just no.. I’m all for Reigns getting a match at Mania it’s pretty much inevitable, but McIntyre vs Reigns would only lead to the inevitable outcome of Reigns winning and killing McIntyres momentum
