While a Charlotte Flair vs. Ronda Rousey may seem the obvious route for WrestleMania 34, that apparently may not be the case according to the Wrestling Observer.
Right now, it seems the plan is a tag-team match, which was teased all the way back at WrestleMania 31, involving Triple H and Stephanie McMahon vs. The Rock and Ronda Rousey.
Considering Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s very busy schedule, it’s unclear if his schedule will allow him to compete in that match, and the last time he was in a match against John Cena, he sustained an injury which affected his film work.
While not giving much away, Rousey did have this to say in a WWE interview about pointing at the WrestleMania sign:
“I think that’s a pretty big fat hint that I’m going to be at WrestleMania, yeah.”
WWE is teasing an update to the storyline on tonight’s Raw so we may not have to wait long to see which direction the company will take this. We would love to hear your thoughts on how you’d book Rousey now she is officially a WWE employee.
