WWE Superstar Rusev recently made a video announcing he will be returning to WWE TV next week on SmackDown Live. Rusev has been out-of-action since mid-February after suffering a shoulder injury that required surgery. He noted he has not yet received his answer regarding his demand for a WWE Title shot at Money In The Bank but will get one when he returns to SmackDown:
