Back in Attitude Era, stories of backstage politics in WWE were nothing rare and while these things never get confirmed, there are many wrestlers whose WWE careers allegedly got halted due to it.
Although a lot of people believe that things might have changed with time and since WWE does not have any real competition now many believe that backstage politics may have taken a backseat in the company. Though apparently, it’s not the case.
During her recent interview with Hot Ones, Sasha Banks was asked to elaborate a harsh reality of WWE and she revealed that the backstage politics is one:
“I feel at ease when I’m in that square circle. The hardest reality is knowing that it’s a lot of politics, a lot of grueling, grueling traveling, which I didn’t realize how hard that would be.”
