Sasha Banks not happy with major brand after ‘gimmick infringement’

Former WWE RAW Women’s champ Sasha Banks was recently shopping in a local Californian store and noticed a rather interesting Maybelline advertisement in the cosmetic section:

Fellow WWE Superstar Xavier Woods chimed in on the matter as well:

Your thoughts?

That explains it. I’m not one for “C”rap aka “hip-hop”.

  • BleepBleepBeep

    Nope, just in due time.

  • D2K

The term “Like a Boss” has been in Hip-Hop culture since I was a child and I’m 39. Nothing to see here. Move along please.

  • MrDr3w

A rapper who originally coined the phrase, “like a boss” 10+ years ago.

  • Armitage Soulshroude

Who the f*ck is Slim Thug?

  • Armitage Soulshroude

That’s WWE’s concern. As far as they see it, we as opinions… don’t matter. We’re all trolls in their eyes.

  • Armitage Soulshroude

Not that Spike can sue Hurricane Katrina either, right? What, 10 years too soon?

  • Armitage Soulshroude

    Common sense…

  • Armitage Soulshroude

The likeness is there… go for it, “Boss”.

  • JAckh45

Why did she tag Dr. Phil? lol

  • Echo_Bliss

Sasha has to be smarter than to think anyone infringed her. Remember when Spike Lee sued Spike TV because he accused the former “TNN” was copying his name/likeness?

On the other hand it would be hilarious if she went full tard with this, bringing out the next major scandal to shame wrestling fans. Instead of makeup, she should be buying hair loss treatments for that fivehead.

  • Jason Conlan

WWE please sue….I Can’t wait for maybeline to put you out of business.

  • MabZ

    Preach.

  • Kylie

There’s really not much to say. Sasha’s joking around. She knows she didn’t come up with the boss gimmick.

  • Mrdr3w

I wonder how Slim Thug would feel about this story…
