Sorensen Cleared to Wrestle, Update on Eric Young, Hardy

– We noted before that Eric Young teased he may be leaving TNA soon. In an update, word is that Young’s contract with TNA is expiring soon and the two sides are not close on terms for a new deal.

– Jesse Sorensen has been cleared to wrestle as he is advertised to face Sonjay Dutt at an APWA event in Shinnston, West Virginia this Saturday, November 10th. Sorensen has been out of action since suffering a serious neck injury at TNA’s Against All Odds pay-per-view back in February. No word yet on when Sorensen will be back on TNA TV.

– Matt Hardy wrote the following on Twitter, likely a response to Scott Steiner’s new lawsuit against TNA that alleges Jeff Hardy wrestled him while intoxicated on alcohol and possibly drugs:

“Since 4/1/11, my brother @JEFFHARDYBRAND’s been the most responsible human being I know. Jeff hasn’t done anything wrong in life since then.”
