WWE taped the August 19th edition of NXT tonight from Winter Park, FL at the Full Sail University. Here are the spoilers for the episode:
– William Regal is out in the ring with Sasha Banks and Bayley for a contract signing. The segment ends when a brawl broke out between the two girls.
– Singles match: Tyler Breeze defeats an enhancement talent. Post-match, Breeze put a Jushin “Thunder” Liger mask on the guy and cuts a promo about his upcoming match with Liger.
– Eight-man tag team match: Zack Ryder, Mojo Rawley, Enzo Amore and Big Cass defeated four enhancement talents.
– Tag team match: Blake and Murphy defeated Angelo Dawkins and Sawyer Fulton.
Post-match, The Vaudevillians came out and told Alexa Bliss that they have a plan to take care of her at NXT takeover. She slapped them and walked to the back.
– Singles match: Samoa Joe defeated Steve Cutler. Post-match, Baron Corbin attacked Joe after the match and hit End of Days to him.
– Kevin Owens walked down to the ring with a ladder then proceeds to cut a promo on Finn Balor about their upcoming match. The lights went out then back on with Finn Balor appearing. This leads to a brawl and Balor gets the upper hand. He goes to the top of the ladder to hold the NXT Title.
