- The latest word on the never-ending Sting/WWE rumor is that “The Icon” will wrestle one match for WWE, with the likelihood that will face The Undertaker at WrestleMania 31 from California next year. Steve “Sting” Borden has already expressed a desire for his final match to be vs. The Undertaker.
If that is the plan to going forward, plans building up the match could begin the night after WrestleMania 30 on Raw. Sting will already be in New Orleans at that point as he is penciled in for an appearance at the annual WrestleCon convention.
