- Sting recently spoke to TMZ and said that he would like to wrestle at WrestleMania 31 against The Undertaker. He also said that he is pumped for his new business relationship with the McMahon family, where he will be appearing in WWE 2K15.

Sting wants a talent deal to be made so he can face Taker in a match people have been waiting to happen for years.

He added, “At my age, it’s now or never! The wave is coming into the shore.”

  • The Man They Don’t Call Sting

As much as I’d love to see Sting and Taker go at it, I’m not sure Taker’s up for it anymore. Not to mention that Sting isn’t in his prime, either. I’m still waiting and hoping to see the pay off of Mania 30, if there is one.

  • BBJ

    ICON VS PHENOM!!!!

  • BBJ

Yeah I agree with that too! Sting and HBK (To Me) would be a great a match! I still want to see Randy Orton vs The Rock as well. Too bad they wasted The Rock on Cena. Hopefully Sting and The Undertaker can get their match. I heard on news that The Undertaker wants to fight Sting too.

  • Kristopher Robinson

I have to disagree. I think if it was just about the money then Sting would have join WWE a VERY long time ago.

  • Kristopher Robinson

That fell about 50 degrees of making any sense lol. Please just shut up!!!

  • Kristopher Robinson

Please find another site to comment on. You’re making yourself sound dumber each time you comment…. Please just stop.

  • Kristopher Robinson

You’re an idiot lol. You really think a police department is going to waist their time with you being a bitch?!?! Smh

  • Kristopher Robinson

    Thank you! Well said!

  • Kristopher Robinson

Hahahahahahahaha hahahahaha , wow, you must not get onto the internet very much if your panties get into this much of a bunch!!!! This made my day, some guy who isn’t involved in the wrestling business is trying to sit here and tell me that 2 guys who bleed, sweat and cry wrestling should hang it up and go home. “Hang up the boots guys, you’re to old to be doing what you love, so I’m gonna be a keyboard warrior and tell your guys what you probably already know just so I can act like an “adult” and try to tell on these internet wrestling fans that they don’t need to watch a match that has been waiting to happen for the past over 10 years!” I don’t care if that’s how you feel bro, ok, but what I do care about is guys like you thinking you know how taker feels or how Sting is in the ring. Have you ever wrestled Sting? Do you know for a fact he has to be carried? You really think trained professionals are going to put their lives on the line to wrestle a guy like that?! Don’t sit there and try to lecture me about a stupid comment I made Brosiv, you don’t know me just like you have no idea wtf you’re talking about. Do I think your comment was unnecessary and ridiculous… Very much! But that’s on this comment, I don’t carry these types of things over anyone’s head from post to post. I don’t know you and I’m not your friend. But for you to act like that shows that you are either a 10 child or an extreme cry baby. So relax man, don’t take things so seriously and grow up!

  • LoganSR71

Depending on the length of the match, not sure if Taker would be able to do 3SoH. Other than that not too shabby. I’d actually order WM for that ONE match. lol

  • Keith Learmonth

I also assume you’re a mature adult. You should both be better than this. It’s stuff like this that makes people think the internet generation is full of idiots.

Seriously, guys, it doesn’t matter who started it, you both need to end it.

  • xyz

Pass. Sting only wants a Huge Payday that he could never get in TNA. years ago Id love to see him in the WWE, but not the tired, aged, worn out sting. He needs to retire and enjoy what he has and not risk injury at this point in his life.

  • D2K

Yeah, but if someone is gonna look weak the odd man out would be Sting. Taker is not gonna lose two Wrestlemanias in a row (assuming the match happens at WM.)

  • D2K

Orton wouldn’t be a bad idea.

  • Timothy Davis

Its not just about him doing the job. I know Sting will do the right thing by putting Taker over. They are both very respectable legends. I just think in the perception of some fans it may make Sting look weak that he couldn’t win his only WWE match. And to me predictable doesn’t matter. Its about him coming and being able to show he was just as good/popular as anyone. Its all just for fun at this point. HBK would be cool but I just don’t see him wrestling again.

  • BBK

Yeah HHH will most likely job to Sting. I agree with D2K. Shawn Isn’t going to wrestle though. I hope it is either against The Undertaker or Randy Orton.

  • D2K

And that goes for anyone in the business. These men and women have earned to right to leave when they say so. I’m not sure if it’ll happen because a LOT of things have to be perfectly lined up health-wise. Taker is in really bad shape and has been for awhile. I guess if they both still have something “in the basement” like Rocky Balboa had then I say go for it. I’m sure Taker did not want to go out the way he did. With his concussion he had no idea where he was and could not really play to the fans on his way out. He was just trying to stay vertical on the way out.

  • D2K

    Yes I do. Your point?

  • RealTalk

That’s MY opinion of you, see how that works?

  • Kingfozzy

I’m not seeing any of your logic here little fella. FYI: That cute facepalm there applies to you doing that to yourself because anytime a person wishes to report a matter, they have to report it to their own local police. You can’t call MY local police and report me, you have to report it to YOUR local authorities. Read a law book, you’ll see. And you actually went to college?! How about this…go crawl back up your mother and spare us all of any further ignorance from you. That’ll be all the “help” that any of us in life need. Good riddance and good night sweety, I love you. Rest assured I won’t lose any sleep over your ignorance, but I will enjoy dreaming about your grandfather tonight.

  • D2K

Is……is… that a “threat?” Are you “threatening” me? Isn’t that “internet bullying?”

    Dude, go to bed.

  • D2K

Why would I call the “Milwaukee” police when you don’t live in Milwaukee?

    *epic facepalm*

They can’t do anything to you. I also remember distinctly saying that “If I cared enough to do so,” I could based on the parameters you defined. Rest assured, I do not care enough to do so, or to talk to you any further. I suggest you get yourself some professional help young man. I know people get crazy sometimes on message boards. It’s part of the fun in coming to them, but you need help. Good night.

  • Kingfozzy

I would advise you to walk away from this situation and shut your mouth because my closest friend works for the county police where I live. At this point you’re only burying yourself deeper. YOU need to get ahold of yourself and let this go. I’ve got the right to comment on what I choose on the internet, whenever I choose. If you have a problem with that, then I can make sure of it that my local police talks with your local police to resolve this matter…and I guarantee you won’t like the outcome. I’m not kidding around. You need to cool your head and let this cease right now, period.

  • Kingfozzy

It is public knowledge, I have the right to read such information. If you have such a problem with me, then do something about it.

  • Kingfozzy

Mark Calaway is a grown man, yes. But I don’t think he can handle it, not anymore at least. He was in the ring with Brock Lesnar, whom is 15 years younger than him and has ten times the muscle and endurance. He suffered a concussion very early in their WM match and had to be carried throughout the match by Lesnar. That’s not my idea of “handling it”. AND NOW…you’re going to call the cops on me for calling Sting and Undertaker “fossils”. That has to be the funniest thing I have ever heard. Go ahead and call Milwaukee County right now and tell them that and see what their response is. Here’s Antonio…”OH NO Mr. Officer, some guy on the internet just called my wrestling heroes “fossils”…arrest that man”!!! HA!!!

  • D2K

Yeah. Both guys legacies are set. They aren’t so shaky that one more match is the determining factor in their legacies. I’m not sure the match would be any good at this point because of their health issues (mainly Taker) but even if the match was stinker that’s not what I’m going to remember them by.

  • ryan

u think one measly novelty match would tarnish their legacies? You are one special kind of wack.

  • D2K

*smh* You must really think I’m an amateur. I’m insulted.

If I cared enough to do so I could do the same thing to you for calling Steve Borden and Mark Calaway names. You called them “old fossils.” Or did you forget about that. PLEASE be done with this conversation and MEAN it this time.

  • D2K

I didn’t call you a name “initially”. I said “don’t feed the trolls.” If you are not a troll then I was not speaking to you. Even if I did, what would that have to do with me finding Stuart Scott’s battle with cancer inspiring? My grandfather and great grandfather died from cancer and I have several friend that have it. But going to my Facebook account and using information to flame me can get you banned from here and confirms EXACTLY what I was saying. I would advise to you that you get a hold of yourself.

  • Kingfozzy

This is all fine and well. I am done with this discussion with you Mr. Antonio Bennett from Milwaukee Wisconsin. I have all of this information documented and will be notifying the proper authorities of this matter. It would have been much easier and adult-like for you to simply drop the matter but you had to further the discussion by repeatedly calling me a “troll” again in your most recent message. Internet bullying is no game, it is a serious crime and I’d figure college would have taught you that.

  • D2K

I think it is too late. They should have done it this year and have Brock break the streak next year. They jumped the gun and now they are kinda stuck.

  • D2K

Triple H would be kind of predictable though. I’d like to see him against someone like HBK. That match would be great. I don’t think Sting cares about jobbing. He wouldn’t even be considering this if he wasn’t prepared to do the job based on his reason for not joining WWE in the past.

  • Kingfozzy

So Antonio, you have a video link on your facebook page with the caption that reads…”For anyone battling cancer or with a loved-on battling cancer. Very inspiring”. Yet then you turn right around and contradict that positivity by choosing to call people names on this wrestling website’s board. How inspiring is that? What’s more important to you then…finding inspiring stories about battling cancer. Or picking fights with people online by calling them names. I have your full name and city/state which is on your facebook page so if you EVER contact me again I will not hesitate to notify my local police department of your harassment towards me. What you are doing is considered “internet bullying”, which is a crime of law. I do not have to tolerate it, and will not stand for it.

  • D2K

First of all, what I “want” is irrelevant. Secondly, what YOU “want” is irrelevant. If WWE, Mark Calaway, and Steve Borden want to go ahead with the match, it will. Period. I don’t know what the basis of your diatribe is about. I personally don’t think Taker should ever wrestle again, but last time I checked he doesn’t ask for my or YOUR approval when he makes decisions about his life. Mark Calaway is a grown man. I think he can handle it.

  • D2K

If you respected them and their careers as much as you claim then your post would not include such language as

“old fossils laying flat on their backs”
“Sting’s inability to find his way back to the ring.”

Yeah. I can imagine the scene of you saying these comments to Mark Calaway or Steve Borden face to face. Left me know when that happens because I’ll have the popcorn ready.

But that is your opinion and there is no record of me saying you aren’t entitled to such. You can be a troll if you want to. That’s fine. I also have the right to point out the fact that you are trolling. You also have the right to distort the meaning and definition of the word to suit your own purposes. However you and your newfound friend seem to think I do not have a right to my own opinion. You can insult others and their legacy that you erroneously claim to cherish, yet when someone points out the hypocrisy in your diatribe YOU are somehow the victim?

They can wrestle until they are 75 for all I care. If there legacy is ruined it is THEIRS to ruin. Not yours. If you don’t want to see it then don’t watch the match. Pretty simple I would say. I’m more concerned with the health of Mark Calaway then his legacy. The legacy of the Undertaker is set in stone. Nothing will ever change that.

  • D2K

You are contradicting yourself when you say that we ALL (which includes me BTW) have a right to our opinions yet turn around and say that I “don’t have a life and gets on here to find users to annoy” because my opinion differs from yours?

  • Kingfozzy

I would like to thank you for aiding me in this debacle…that shouldn’t have ever turned into a debacle in the first place because my intent was never to ruffle anyone’s feathers. I was just sharing an honest opinion. For whatever reason, any time I have ever posted my opinions on ANY online board, I am greeted in return with hateful, childish babble. All for simply having a realistic view on life. I have never been an online “troll” and never will be. It’s nice to finally have someone have a nice word to put in for me. And I will take your advice when it comes to D2K. Often times in life it is those with the biggest mouths that ultimately have the littlest in value to say. I’m sorry that you don’t agree with my assessment of Sting and Undertaker, my intent was not to bury (no pun intended) either of the two. I just don’t want to see either of those two men risk injury all for a WrestleMania payday. Both have done an incredibly admirable job at their craft over the years and I just don’t want to see them go out on a bad note. Neither of the two have a single thing left to prove in the sport of wrestling. Their legacies now are impeccable and I don’t want to see that get tarnished.

  • Timothy Davis

Sting needs more than once match so he doesn’t come off weak losing to Taker in his only WWE try. He needs to beat a quality vet like HHH, then beat an up and comer and finally lose to Taker. It balances things out for him and his legacy as well.

  • RealTalk

Have to agree with Kingfozzy right now. He has done nothing to be a troll in all fairness. He stated an opinion ,not one that I agree with, but to call him a troll is a little much. We all have a right to opinions and he stated his. To Kingfozzy, you aren’t a troll, D2K doesn’t have a life so he gets on here to find users to annoy. Don’t let him have his attention.

  • Kingfozzy

So who’s the troll on here then?! I post on here MAYBE once a week and that to me wouldn’t quality for trolling. Seems to me that you’re saying that to one of the biggest trolls on here because Kristopher Robinson is always on here running his/her mouth like they think they’re the be all, end all of wrestling knowledge.

  • Kingfozzy

So I guess you’re just like the big mastermind Kris then huh? You want to see these guys keep wrestling at their age, with known health issues, furthering the possibility of serious injury? Who in their right mind can actually expect these two men to put on a quality wrestling match? Not me, but then again I’m a realist so I see things for what they are. I don’t deny reality, and I don’t want to see either the Undertaker or Sting risk getting injured just so they can have one last big payday, it’s not worth it.

  • Nicholas Giambattista

It all depends on Undertaker health which has not gotten any better since Wrestlmania. I assume HHH vs Sting is plan B which would be better off if you ask me because then HHH could put Sting over in the WWE. I see him showing up in the WWE at any time right now but just don’t know if we will see Taker vs Sting maybe to little to late because Taker health is not good right now.

  • Kingfozzy

I don’t recall ever asking for your input as to my comment. And when I posted what I did originally, at least I didn’t directly message it to you. I just posted the comment for this board in general and wasn’t expecting childish, unnecessary name-calling in return. You had nice things to say about some of my comments in the past. I guess I just spoke too much reality for you and in turn you chose to lash out at me for it. It’s well known fact that the Undertaker has bad knees. It’s also well known fact that nowadays Sting gets lost in the ring during most of his matches, forgets his spots, has to have the other guy help carry him through it basically. It’s reality, get used to it because those two guys aren’t getting any younger and both should have retired at least 2-3 years ago. I guess you’d rather see them wrestle ’til they’re 75…old, beaten down, battered, bruised and bloodied all for your little old school fix. I thought I had a good acquaintance in you on these boards but I guess I was wrong. I didn’t think you’d ever chastise me for merely stating my own opinions. Ahh, internet bullies, there’s plenty of ya out there and I’ve dealt with plenty just like ya in the past. This isn’t my first rodeo and it won’t be the last. On with my life now so you can continue to post your rhetoric babble just like you’re known to do frequently on here, inhabiting these boards like you think you own them. How about next time if you see one of my posts and you don’t like what I have to say, just simply be a real adult, ignore it, and move on with your life. No need to fire back unwarranted childish insults at me. Surely your mother taught you better. I have as much right on here to say how I feel about any particular subject as you do.

  • Kingfozzy

I never mentioned Cena, now did I? He wasn’t even part of the discussion. But since it’s going in that direction now…yes, I agree with you. Cena needs to step aside as well, agreed. However, that’s not the WWE management’s idea of a good idea because they don’t have much brain power when it comes to knowing the true pulse of the WWE Universe.

  • D2K

    *Don’t feed the trolls*

  • RealTalk

Tell Cena to let young guys shine then

  • Kristopher Robinson

You’re an idiot…. But I’m sure you’ve heard that many times before.

  • D2K

They could figure out something. Taker is going over no matter what happens. Sting has no issue doing the job.

  • Kingfozzy

I think the ideal finish for a Sting/Undertaker showdown would be as follows…
double count-out, both of the old fossils laying flat on their backs gasping for air next to the announcers table because neither could get back into the ring to answer the 10-count thanks to Undertaker’s burnt out knees and Sting’s inability to find his way back to the ring. Sad yes, but reality more so. Thanks for all you’ve done fellas, it’s been a great ride but it’s time to give it up, it’s over, the end. RETIRE ALREADY. It’s time to let the young guys have their shine.

  • Kristopher Robinson

But how would they finish a Taker vs. Sting match?!
