Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Silva Results, Heavyweight Tournement

The Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand Prix started last night at Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Silva in East Rutherford, NJ dropping from eight to six last night as the tournament went underway live on Showtime.

 


 

Strikeforce’s debut in New Jersey resulted in a solid attendance of 11,287. This official showing was the organization’s second largest attendance in their last eighteen events.

Fedor Emelianenko returned to action to face off against Antonio “Big Foot” Silva in the main event while Andrei Arlovski and Sergei Kharitonov helped opened the tourney on the undercard.
