As noted earlier, former WWE Diva Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was taken into custody Friday night after an argument at Damien Darling’s house.
Following Sytch’s arrest, she filed an assault complaint as she left the scene with two broken ribs and bruises all over her body. Her attorney Rob Serafinowicz issued the following statement.
“I believe that this situation was blown out of proportion. Tammie is doing her best to deal with her issues. She has made great progress and was putting forth her best efforts to try to identify issues in her relationship.”
Sytch has been out of rehab since January 5th, but is continuing an out-patient program. She will be in court Monday.
