The Truth: Team WWE, Really?

Maybe somebody can explain to me what I just saw. I guess I have to give credit to Sammo, Mel C and Nottingham,as they predicted that this was all a ploy of sorts and that Edge and Jericho would be the two remaining members of team WWE and they were right. And I gotta say that I am stunned. Call me optimistic or overly analytical but never in a million years did I think that WWE creative would write a storyline where two big egos like Edge and Jericho would leave the team of  their bitter rival John Cena in order to let him get destroyed, only to put them back together two weeks later because they were afraid of Wade Barrett Inc., I mean to quote Seth Myers and Amy Poehler, Really?

Now I probably shouldn’t be surprised at anything after watching wrestling for so many years now,  I mean we have seen some of the worst story lines and strangest decisions you’ ll ever see, I guess I just expected more from what is considered to be one of the biggest pay per views of the year.  It seemed to me like a perfect time for a return of a vengeful Vince McMahon, or an angry Triple H or a dominating Undertaker, but since they didn’t take the opportunity to capitalize on that now, it ll be very interesting to me to see when they do decide to pull the trigger on these impending returns. I certainly hope it is well planned and has a major impact.

Well I suppose there is some drama remaining around the match, ( I have a few ideas of what I think  might happen but I ll hold off on those for now) but not regarding the outcome we now have the mystery spot open left by the so called beatdown of the Great Khali. I mean that was one of the quickest and weakest attacks to potentially leave any one out of action I can ever recall seeing. That aside that now leaves the issue of who will be the final member of team WWE. (Mark my words if it is the Great Khali returning I refuse to watch WWE programming for at least 3 months.) But I suppose there is some suspense in regard to the final member. The idea of the Miz not out right refusing Cena and Hart just to throw it in their face doesn’t seem to make sense to me, then again not much creative does lately has. But if it is not the Miz which I really can’t see it being, I guess the option for one of those larger returns is still available.

That being said my guess is that it will be the Miz, at this point I am going against everything logical and sensible that would make this a more watchable pay per view. The Miz will probably join team WWE just to ditch them during the match. Other than that I can’t see anyone else being a logical choice. I can’t believe Triple H would return without having been on at least one Raw to promote the show. So Mel, Sammo, Nottingham and anyone else who wants to try and predict what creative is gonna do this time, lets hear your thoughts…
