WWE announced on Monday that The Miz would defend his Intercontinental Title against Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens, and Cesaro in a Fatal 4-Way Match at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view event.
WWE Extreme Rules will take place on May 22, 2016, at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. The show will air on the WWE Network and some traditional pay-per-view outlets.
