Earlier today, the Triple H and the WWE revealed that NXT UK would be getting their first TakeOver event at the beginning of the year.
NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool is scheduled for January 12th, and we now know three matches that will take place on that night.

NXT UK Women’s Championship: Toni Storm vs Rhea Ripley (c)
WWE UK Champion: Joe Coffey vs Pete Dunne (c)
The tournament matches for the Tag Team Titles have yet to be revealed, but it’s expected to be NXT UK’s next step once the NXT UK Women’s Championship finals take place. On the tapings, Toni Storm and Rhea Ripley made it to the finals, though Ripley has actually had the belt since August.
NXT UK is currently building its tag team division up at the moment, and just recently formed a new duo with Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster. And with the Coffey Brothers uniting with Wolfgang, we can assume a combination of that trio will be involved in the tournament somehow.
