TNA Sets Their US Attendance Record, RVD vs. Joe News and More

– TNA set a live attendance record for their live events in the United States with the show at MCU Park in Brooklyn, New York last night. The show drew between 5,500 and 6,000 fans.

 


 

Dixie Carter wrote the following last night: “To all you at the Brooklyn show, thanks from everyone at TNA for setting a US attendance record. Hope you are having fun. I am watching!”

– TNA will debut at New York City’s Hammerstein Ballroom on Thursday, September 23rd. Special discounted tickets of $8 off price levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 go on-sale from Friday July 2nd through Friday July 9th. Regular priced tickets will be available on Saturday, July 10th.

– Next week’s episode of TNA iMPACT will feature a Rob Van Dam vs. Samoa Joe match that lasts around 9 minutes. Vince Russo originally booked the match to go 4 minutes but RVD and Joe complained and were given more time.
