According to a report from F4WOnline, TNA is being sued by American Express for unpaid travel bills back in the summer.
The lawsuit was reportedly filed at the Supreme Court of New York state on July 20th, with AMEX claiming TNA has failed to pay $269,049.50 in travel-related expenses. AMEX is claiming TNA used their American Express Corporate account to charge for a variety of items, and was never paid back.
AMEX is requesting TNA to pay $269,049.50 along with all legal costs.
