TNA Being Sued for Unpaid Travel Bills

TNA-Impact-Wrestling

According to a report from F4WOnline, TNA is being sued by American Express for unpaid travel bills back in the summer.

The lawsuit was reportedly filed at the Supreme Court of New York state on July 20th, with AMEX claiming TNA has failed to pay $269,049.50 in travel-related expenses. AMEX is claiming TNA used their American Express Corporate account to charge for a variety of items, and was never paid back.

AMEX is requesting TNA to pay $269,049.50 along with all legal costs.

I wonder how that price tag for WWE buying TNA is going. But the price keeps going down.

Cannot agree more with the bit about her parents and their company. The responsibility at the end of the day is theirs, as they financed their dumb daughters ability to buy the company in the first place. They should pay off the debts and then sell the company to someone else more intelligent for $1 or something.

They have lawsuits coming from everywhere. I’d have to agree with Solomonster that Dixie Carter should not be trusted to run a Lemonade-stand after this. Her parents should just pay all the debt, close the company, and get it over with.

This is all going downhill fast!
