According to court records, TNA Wrestling and Scott Steiner are due for a court hearing in Nashville, Tenn. on October 26th, 2012.
The hearing is based on Steiner filing a counter-suit against TNA, which initially filed a formal complaint against Steiner in June to prevent him from speaking out against TNA, Hulk Hogan, and Eric Bischoff.
Steiner filed the counter-suit on Septembe10th. TNA filed a motion to dismiss the counter-suit on October 9th. The court date on October 26th is to go through the formal process of hearing TNA’s request to dismiss the counter-suit.
