Tommy Dreamer on Indie Promotions working together to compete with WWE

WWE is the biggest wrestling company in the world and at this point, there is no wrestling promotion which can compete with the company on his own.

However, in recent times, we have seen indie promotions joining hands and working together in a way which many thought wasn’t possible a few years ago.

During a recent interview with The Wrestling Estate, ECW Legend Tommy Dreamer talked about the promotions working together these days and recalled the time when everybody was at war:

You kind of have to (work together). WWE is 90% of the market share. WWE can sign everybody. But with the rise of Ring of Honor, New Japan, Impact Wrestling, House of Hardcore, Lucha Underground, we can come together and give wrestlers opportunity. Look what happens when everybody was at war. There was a sole winner and then the business crashed. Who was the most affected? Wrestling fans, as well as the wrestlers.

Continuing on the topic, Dreamer also talked about how his House Of Hardcore promotion has worked with NWA and ROH in recent times and said that he is ready to have everybody at his show because it benefits the wrestling fans.
