Tonight’ WWE Superstars, Update on Lesnar’s Deal with WWE, Hornswoggle, nWo

– One of the biggest angles in pro wrestling history began on this day back in 1996 as Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall formed the nWo at WCW’s Bash at the Beach pay-per-view from Daytona Beach, Florida.

– The only matches we know to be taking place on tonight’s WWE Superstars are Zack Ryder vs. Drew McIntyre and Wade Barrett vs. local wrestler Don Gonzales.

– Hornswoggle will be throwing out the first pitch for tonight’s Cincinnati Reds vs. Milwaukee Brewers baseball game at Miller Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

– Regarding the new business deal between Brock Lesnar and WWE, the latest is that the contract hasn’t been signed but the details on the deal have been worked out and people close to it are talking like it’s done. The deal hasn’t been announced yet because there are so many parties involved – Lesnar, Paul Heyman, Vince McMahon & WWE, Dana White & UFC, as well as others. If one of those parties has a change of heart, the whole deal will fall apart. As we have noted before, this is not a deal for Lesnar and Heyman to return to WWE TV, the storylines or anything like that.

Going back to WWE? Wow, horrible. He was a great wrestler, but WWE has went a lot farther than 6 feet under since he had been there in the Attitude Era.

  • CM Punk 86

I hope he comes back to WWE Here Comes The Pain Hell Ya I miss those days come on brock.

  • really!

it would be cool if Paul took over as head of talent relations, or as head writer

the rest is probably going to be some stupid cross promotional thing were WWE will plug UFC stuff and vice versa, they did it once before when UFC was starting up in the 90’s

  • Assassino

Lesnar just had a sickness you idiot.

  • Bill

@Jay EZ, you’re probably right. But I think this “business deal” is BS. I think this is a cover-up for a huge storyline that may take place at MITB with Lesnar.

  • Jay EZ

Maybe Lesnar will be on WWE12.

  • Evil Doink

Vince is the Chairman of WWE, a publicly held company. They are not one in the same.

  • venom

The begining of NWO was a good memory. Maybe McMahon is representing Taco Bell.

  • wdw

vince and wwe meaning vince and the whole wwe workers

“Vince McMahon & WWE, Dana White & UFC,”
Last time I looked Vince was WWE and Dana was UFC so why include them as something different? Its not like Vince is representing KFC and Dana is representing Walmart.

What other companies would they be representing?
