ToT [67] – WWE Extreme Rules Predictions

What’s up ReaderLand? How’s it going out there on this lovely Sunday afternoon? I’ve had quite the past 24 hours what with handling the magazine publishing, and having prom last night. Let’s just say that I’m pooped right now. Anyways, the magazine is set on to be released on May 4th. It’ll be a $5 issue that in reality should be worth easily $20. The paying will all be handled through PayPal, so rest assure nobody will get jipped J. Right now on the site we got a bunch of articles up for free. It’s just our way of getting interest up. You can visit the sight at the following: http://fightlifemag.presspublisher.us. We’ve put in a lot of hard work into making this something special, so come out and support us!

Kofi Kingston vs Sheamus for the United States Championship

This match hasn’t been announced yet, but I anticipate it to be a late addition. It’s been set-up on the recent episodes of Raw, and Smackdown. It also makes plenty of sense given that Smackdown currently holds both of the mid-card belts. The obvious outcome of this match would be a Kofi victory. I think that Sheamus will be allowed to be the brands top heel since he won’t be held back by the Raw powers-that-be. It wouldn’t surprise me, though, to see Sheamus retain, and then for Wade to lose his strap to someone…Kofi for 10/10

Jim Ross & Jerry Lawler vs Michael Cole & Jack Swagger in a Country Whipping Match

The company hinted at a Swagger face turn recently, but I think the IWC looked to deeply into that. It’d make a lot of sense if Swagger did turn because Raw could use another face in the main event. You can’t tell me that if Jack snapped on Cole at the end of this bout and beat the ever loving shit out of him that it wouldn’t instantly turn him into a beloved face. Hopefully, no matter the outcome, this is the last we have to see of this rivalry. It’s run it’s course…Jim Ross & Jerry Lawler for 10/10

Layla vs. Michelle McCool in a No DQ, No Count-out, Loser Leaves WWE Match

There isn’t much question as to who is going to win this one. Recent reports said that Michelle is going to take a leave of absence to be with her husband, The Undertaker. That alone is enough to guarantee she’ll be gone for an extended amount of time. If Vince gives these gals some time to work, then I’d say this could be a decent match…Layla for 10/10

Rey Mysterio vs Cody Rhodes in a Falls Count Anywhere Match

This is one of two feuds that will be ending after the conclusion of tonight. Cody may have gotten the W first time around, but it is almost guaranteed he won’t this time out. My own speculation leads me to believe that Cody will get the massive rub by winning. I only say this because Rey handpicked Cody to feud with. He must want to put him over…Cody for 6/10

Randy Orton vs CM Punk in a Last Man Standing Match

Punk is expected to take some time off soon, so tonight would seem like as perfect of a night to write him out of storylines right? WRONG! I strongly believe that Vince is going to do everything in his power to keep Punk around. I don’t expect Cookie Monster to win cleanly, but he will in fact win, probably with a Nexus interference. Want to hear step two of Vince’s plan to keep Punk? Well, he’ll be a World Champion in a few months. More on that later…Punk 10/10

The Miz vs John Morrison vs John Cena in a Steel Cage Match for the WWE Championship

Here’s where step two comes into place. A shocker of all shockers. John Morrison is going to win the WWE Championship tonight, folks. Now’s as good of a time for him to get it as any. Honestly, who would expect it? John’s been reportedly in the doghouse recently, so that nobody is really expecting him to win. Vince will seize this opportunity to properly shock the world. Don’t worry, though, I don’t think Morrison will hold onto it that long. A month of two test run till he drops it to CM Punk…John Morrison for 5.5/10

Christian vs Alberto del Rio in a Ladder Match for the World Heavyweight Championship

I’ve heard people say that del Rio will win here and get traded back to Smackdown. To that I say bull shit! First of all, that would almost totally defeat the purpose of him moving first of all. Secondly, Smackdown doesn’t got any talent to move, besides Randy Orton, that could even make a trade look anything but one sided. For that alone, I say that it is Christian’s time to shine with the belt. I think he’ll be turned heel by SummerSlam, because that is a role he plays so damn well. Even despite that, a face vs face match-up of Orton-Christian would very entertaining. Orton is the Vipor, but I think he’d strongly quite a bit going against a guy like Christian he will do anything to hold onto the title that took him so long to win. Right there is the perfect formula for an eventual turn…Christian for 10/10

So, there ya go. Besides the one over the top pick in Morrison, I feel like I’m pretty much spot on, on what is going to happen tonight. So, what do you guys think? Will Morrison actually win the belt? Will Christian prevail and win his first World Championship? Will tonight mark the final night we see CM Punk? Give me your thoughts on tonight’s PPV. Holla at ya boi, the only way you know how to.

Until next time, it’s your favorite spartan, Spartacus, signing out!
