– Natalya, Tyson Kidd and Christian have travel issues getting to the SmackDown live event in Cape Girardeau, MO this weekend so World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton ended up wrestling Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes in the main event. Christian arrived in time for the finish and did a run-in in the main event.
– WWE is giving away two free online viewings of the Night of Champions pay-per-view to fans who follow them and use the Twitter hashtag #SuperSmackDown to promote Tuesday’s live show on SyFy.
