– Once a highly touted professional wrestling convert, Bobby Lashley has fallen on hard times. After beginning his professional mixed martial arts career with five consecutive victories, he’s lost two of his last four fights to “journeyman” fighters. This weekend Lashley’s stock nosedived, as he was outworked by a man he was heavily favored to beat, James Thompson.

Thompson swept the scorecards in the main event of Super Fight League 3, leaving a once promising prospect’s career at a crossroads. At 35 years old, Lashley’s days as a pro fighter could be numbered.

– WWE.com has an article looking at Triple H’s appearance at Saturday night’s Floyd Mayweather fight in Las Vegas. The article states that Triple H has been wearing a “mechanical brace that offers various ranges of motion and, fortunately, versatile enough to remove for media photo opportunities while in attendance for the major boxing event.”

Triple H told the WWE website that there’s a lot of misinformation being reported about his injury.

We wanna see Brock Lashley vs Bobby Lesnar at Wrestlemania 29!

I like Lashley he was a good pro wrestler, he’s in my opinion a better martial artist than Brock Lesnar and I know it’s unfair to compare pro wrestlers turned mma fighters. But Lashley to me just needs more training and fighting experience, it’s only a matter of time before he gets his momentum. Plus calling any mma fighter an easy fight such as ‘journeyman’ is completely wrong, there are no easy fights in mma.

Lashley never really had that drive that fighters have, yeah he is jacked but I never really felt like he was motivated even in wrestling he just seemed to cruise on his gifts.
