UFC Airing Programming Against Fedor’s Strikeforce Debut?, UFC 104, More

– Tickets for UFC 104 will go on sale to the general public on August 29th at 1PM ET. UFC Fight Club members will be able to purchase tickets on August 27th at 1PM ET and finally, UFC.com newsletter subscribers may buy tickets on August 28th at 1PM ET. Here is the updated card for UFC 104, which takes place on Oct. 24 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California:

– With UFC becoming aggressive against Strikeforce by airing most of UFC 100 on SpikeTV up against the Strikeforce show, Dave Meltzer reports that he wouldn’t be surprised to see UFC now air a live special against the Strikeforce show on Showtime this fall that features Fedor’s Strikeforce debut.

– The Georges St. Pierre vs. Thiago Alves match won’t be airing on SpikeTV on Saturday night as part of the UFC 100 counter programming to Strikeforce. The Brock Lesnar vs. Frank Mir match will air along with Dan Henderson vs. Michael Bisping.
