Unique UFC 127 Auction Set To Benifit Australian Flood Victims

Mixed martial arts top organization, Ultimate Fighting Championship, put together a unique auction of UFC 127 which is set to take place February 27th at Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia.

 


 

In an effort to raise funds for the victims of Tropical Cyclose Yasi and the recent widespread flooding in Australia, the experience will include a two-night hotel stay, VIP tickets to the already sold out UFC 127 event sitting among Ryan Bader and Josh Koscheck, and walking into the cage with favorite fighters during the UFC 127 intro.

The auction winner will also recieve VIP seating at media events, backstage access during the event, autographed memorbalia, and much more.

Other auction items are set to include the UFC 127 octagon canvas, autographs from the likes of Jon Fitch, Michael Bisping, and Jorge Rivera on their shorts, shirts, and/or walk-out gear.

UFC 127 features a headliner between Fitch and B.J. Penn, and the winner gets a title shot. Rivera meets Bisping in the pay-per-view co-headliner, and Australian and contender George Sotiropoulos takes on fellow lightweight Dennis Siver.

Tropical Cyclone Yasi ravaged large parts of Australia in late January and early February. The storm and subsequent flooding caused more than $800 million in damages. Thousands were left homeless, and hundreds of thousands of were left without power for extended periods of time.
