We noted before how WWE pulled the SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair from this week’s episode of SmackDown Live reporting an injury, and she didn’t appear on the Mixed Match Challenge either.
Her absence started a lot of rumours and many started wondering what this news means for the SmackDown Women’s Championship match at WrestleMania.
However, F4Wonline.com has revealed that the Women’s Champion underwent a minor dental surgery and she hasn’t suffered any serious injury.
It’s also being reported that not only her WrestleMania against Asuka is not in jeopardy but the SmackDown Star is expected to be back as soon as Mixed Match Challenge finals next week.
For those who don’t know, Becky Lynch stepped in for Charlotte during this week’s MMC and teamed with Bobby Roode. Their team won the match and now Charlotte will return next week to team up with Roode to face Asuka and Miz in the finals of the tournament.
