Update on John Cena’s status after SummerSlam

We noted before how John Cena was being advertised for the first Raw exclusive PPV No Mercy after SummerSlam and it was rumoured that he will be moving to Raw after the PPV.

Now a new report from PWinsider has pretty much confirmed that the leader of Cenation will be returning to the ‘Flagship show’ of the company after the upcoming PPV.

According to the reports, John is now being advertised for all Raw episodes after the upcoming PPV till No Mercy except one starting from the post-Summerslam episode of the Red Branded Show on August 22.

The only televised Raw show he will be missing will be on September 18th which will be the go home episode for No Mercy PPV. Cena will allegedly miss the event due to his schedule appearance on the SmackDown Brand Live Event in China the night before.

John Cena lost his match against Shinsuke Nakamura on last week’s episode of SmackDown Live and seeing the events after the show went off air, it appears that he will be engaged in a feud with Baron Corbin in the upcoming time.
