– In a follow up to our story earlier, Batista has told friends backstage the he is looking to take an extended break from the Pro Wrestling world, possibly following the Extreme Rules PPV later this month.
Word is that Batista’s talks of taking a break even lead to him hinting at possibly retiring. Upon his retirement from the squared circle, Batista is looking to focus on an acting career. It should be noted, Batista has made the claim of retiring several times over the last three years, but it becomes more realistic with each passing year.
– WWE’s corporate website released early estimates for the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, which did close to 300,000 PPV Buys. This number is up slightly from last year’s buyrate.
