– WWE told independent wrestlers who are hoping to be signed by the company not to mention in public that are in talks with WWE because the company wants to be the first ones to announce the signing of that talent.
– The CBS show “48 Hours” had planned to do a one-hour investigative piece on the Jimmy Snuka case. However, those plans were put on hold after a gag order was put in place on everyone involved in the case, including Nancy Argentino’s sisters (who were going to be the key people interviewed for the story).
The reason for the gag order is because the judge does not want the case to be tried in the national media.
