– As noted before, one-half of the WWE Tag Team Champions Kofi Kingston was not in Puerto Rico for the RAW live event last night. Kofi was in attendance yesterday in Baltimore, Maryland at the practice for Sunday’s Baltimore Grand Prix. Kofi was representing WWE and the National Guard Youth ChalleNGe program. Kofi appeared on the IndyCar FanZone stage and introduced driver JR Hildebrand as the newest national spokesperson for the Youth ChalleNGe program. Kofi’s tag team partner Evan Bourne ended up teaming with John Morrison to defeat R-Truth and The Miz.
– Regarding WWE being interested in some Dragon Gate USA talents, there will be no immediate hirings but the company did reach out to several DGUSA talents. There are a few DGUSA talents that are on WWE’s radar but none who are about to be signed.
