Video: Full Exchange Between Daniel Bryan and The Miz, Maryse Defends Her Husband

Here is the full video of the heated exchange on Talking Smack between SmackDown Live General Manager Daniel Bryan, and Intercontinental Champion The Miz:

Maryse would take to Twitter to defend her husband, calling Bryan a coward for walking away:

  • Mister Who

What about when they chant Punks name especially in front of Batista as if they are blaming him for making him leave which he had nothing to do with it, and when Batista left again, they were not upset, they were ecstatic he left which is so blatantly disrespectful, did they chant Batista’s name when he left? Of course not. I’m just truly heartbroken to see him go through all that crap, despite he put his body on the line and entertaining and giving what us fans want, but no they continue finding every excuse to be negative at what he’s doing, and that to me is extremely sad

  • The Killswitch

Remember when Punk quit? There were a lot of people upset, me included. And he was my favorite. I didn’t get upset because I really couldn’t defend him, because I didn’t blame him. Sure I hated the period of silence where there was no reason why he didn’t finish his contract, but he justified his actions on Cabana’s Podcast. Why work at a place where you have no passion anymore for the business? Batista is the same way. He just didn’t enjoy it anymore. That’s no reason to “get even” at people who are also genuinely upset that their favorite wrestler quit, because that’s just being spiteful; it says more about you than it does about how good or bad the wrestler is.

  • Mister Who

Why would I support someone I dislike? Plus they did show there outrage on Batista winning the rumble which clearly it’s not his fault, I get that everyone wants Daniel to win but there’s no need to be extreme harsh towards Batista, if they said they are not mad at Batista, and said they were mad at the creative decision and Vince McMahon, why didn’t they chant ” Screw you Vince” or “Your doing it wrong Vince” but they did not do that, after Batista let Daniel win at Wrestlemania 30, they still kick a man who’s already down and out, shows fans who have no sportsmanship, instead they laugh when they see my favorite wrestler Dave Batista quit, how would it feel if it was your favorite wrestler in the same situation?

  • The Killswitch

Your argument doesn’t really make sense. Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t there a massive outrage toward Batista for winning the rumble and facing Orton for the title? That’s why Daniel Bryan was inserted in the main event, because the fans were clamoring for him to be the top guy. So in essence, you’re actually supporting my stance that Bryan was a fan favorite.

  • Mister Who

It’s not punk, it’s Dave Batista, when he left people were ecstatic, and that upsets me

  • The Killswitch

What does that have to do with Daniel Bryan?

  • Mister Who

Turnabout is fair play, my favorite wrestler left WWE two years ago and they were happy, it left a very bitter taste in my mouth

  • The Killswitch

It saddens me that people don’t understand how good of an asset certain wrestlers are, and when they’re gone (retired or otherwise), people rejoice.

  • The Killswitch

Keeping the feud alive, too. This is a great way to create buzz in the wrestling community. Kudos to Miz.

  • Mister Who

Haha take that Daniel Boo-yan, f*** you!!!!!

  • M

Absolutely love it. Miz is a great guy in real life and deserves much better than what he’s been given the past few years. If they want to rejuvenate his career this is the perfect stepping stone to do so however Smackdown doesn’t have a lot of mid card faces he can deal with so I’m not sure how log it could last.
