All of the concussion protocol is a result of this tragedy. In a sick, sad way, what happened to this family will help save the lives of many people all over the world.

I guess it has to do more with the fact that they were inadvertently implementing a killer into a “fun” game. All in all, another case of Mr. Mike Diaz reporting on nothing.

people just want to forget about him while it should be the opposite. the benoit tragedy is still a mystery and needs to be understood as it raises questions about steroid use, brain injuries in sports, religious beliefs, divorce laws.. what happens when a 40 year old former NHL player or boxer with the brain of an 80 year old with dementia who deeply believes in god and the after life and has a child with a disability? what makes sense for that person to do when all those factors are accounted for?

They probably didn’t realize the taboo related to his name on tv in any way. It has been a while now since the tragic events of his and his families lives so he isn’t that hot on the radar anymore.
