Next Week’s WWE Main Event, Tamina Snuka Update, More

– As noted before, Dragon Gate USA star Sami Callihan worked the dark match before Tuesday night’s WWE tapings, losing to Johnny Curtis. No word yet if WWE has offered Callihan a deal but DGUSA has said before they would release a talent if it meant they were going to work for TNA or WWE. DGUSA’s Gabe Sapolsky wrote on Facebook:

“We are very happy that Dragon Gate USA contracted wrestler Sami Callihan wrestled his first match in WWE tonight, a dark match before Smackdown. We aren’t sure what his future is, but we can assure you he will be at the DGUSA events on Nov. 2nd in Everett, MA vs. Samuray Del Sol, Nov. 3rd in Voorhees, NJ vs. El Generico in a 2/3 Falls Match and Nov. 4th in Deer Park, NY vs. CIMA. Get tickets & more info for all three events now at DGUSA.tv or watch on worldwide live iPPV at WWNLive.com.”

– We noted recently that WWE Diva Tamina Snuka was out of action with some kind of injury. She tweeted the following on Wednesday:

“Another step closer to The Goal 🙂 Hard day of training legs with Masta Trainer @DaveRienzi”

– After Alberto Del Rio defeated Sin Cara on last night’s episode of WWE Main Event, next’s week’s main event has been announced to be Del Rio, Darren Young and Titus O’Neil vs. Cara, Rey Mysterio and Randy Orton.
