– The rating for Monday’s WWE RAW is delayed this week due to the Memorial Day Holiday.
– The format of NXT season 2 will see the fans and the Pros both getting 50% of the votes that decide who stays and who goes each week. As noted before, season 2 begins next week and will be shorter than the first season.
– The winner of WWE’s first-ever season of NXT on SyFy ended up being Wade Barrett. Justin Gabriel was eliminated in round 1 of the eliminations tonight and it came down to Barrett and David Otunga.
Barrett has earned a main roster spot and a pay-per-view title match. Barrett said after winning that the era of Barrett has began. No word yet which brand Barrett will end up on or what title he will wrestle for on pay-per-view.
