WWE Planning a Women’s Money In The Bank ladders match?

WWE Money In The Bank

According to the reports from pro wrestling sheet, WWE Officials are planning a Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder match for the upcoming SmackDown Live PPV of the same name.

No word yet on the possible contestants for the match, but it’s believed that WWE will announce the match as well the participants for it in the upcoming weeks.

If these reports turn out to be true, it will be a big step in the ongoing women’s revolution in the company after the first Women’s Hell In A Cell match last year and the upcoming Mae Young Classic tournament.

Though it’s just a rumour for now and considering WWE has announced the Money In Bank match for male contestants already, it’s likely that they will not make a separate announcement for Women’s match later.

Considering Money In The Bank is just 4 weeks from now, things should become clear in the upcoming couple of weeks, especially after next week’s fatal five-way #1 contender’s match for Naomi’s title.

I like that idea. It would definitely give other people a chance and add to some shock value

That still may happen we got 4 weeks and you never know.

  • Nicholas Giambattista

Well they have done everything else with the Women division why not do a MITB match.

  • Kristopher Robinson

But why not? Time to mix things up a bit. Have a MITB match for each title. Maybe fun!

We’ve seen multi-team ladder matches several times in the past, and those were for the titles. Why add an extra step? I feel like a tag MITB would be overkill. Getting back on topic, a women’s MITB would be historic, innovative, and pretty awesome.
