Women’s Wrestler Not Signed by WWE, Cena Milestone, WrestleMania, More

– WWE Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston will be appearing at the Kmart on Dale Mabry Highway today at 6pm in Tampa, Florida. Autographs are limited to the first 300 fans.

 


 

– According to Ticketmaster, all tickets for WrestleMania 27 in Atlanta, Georgia are officially sold out. There will be additional tickets released in the final days before the show once production is complete and more seats are available. There are still a few tickets left for the Hall of Fame ceremony.

– John Cena has passed the 5 million fans mark on Facebook, which is a pretty big number compared to other athletes and wrestlers. Cena recently passed names like American Idol, UFC, The Rolling Stones, Subway and Oprah. Cena still has a way to go from the top with the top celebrity, Eminem, having almost 30 million Facebook fans.

– Despite reports by The Wrestling Observer, women’s wrestler Cherry Bomb has not signed with WWE but she was at the FCW clinic this past week. She had a conversation with Goldust on Twitter and mentioned how the FCW trainers including Dusty Rhodes gave her good feedback. She then said “we’ll see” and later noted she had left Tampa.

Goldust was at FCW speaking to the talents at the clinic. Cherry previously had a tryout with WWE last year and appeared in a backstage segment with Goldust. Cherry said to him on Twitter: “all your points came across real and were understood. I personally appreciated the honesty.”
