According to Trademarkia, WWE has filed for two trademarks for King Of The Ring. The tournament ran as annual pay-per-view (PPV) from 1993-2002 before it was discontinued until it’s 2006 return. It returned as a one night tournament on RAW in 2008 and ’10, and most recently aired as a special tournament on the WWE Network last year in which Wade Barrett took home the honors of being crowned ‘King’.
