Report: WWE Looking to Cut $20 Million From This Year’s Budget, Superstar Productions Already Scrapped

In what could be an explanation for some of the talents cut made last week, a source within WWE claims the company is looking to cut approximately $20 million from its budget this year.

For those that have noticed, production elements have also noticeably been scrapped: two examples being Fandago’s curtain entrance and Bad News Barrett’ scissor lift. The truck that WWE used to transport those entrances has reportedly been taken off the road, saving the company $250,000 a year.
