The Greatest Royal Rumble took place back on April 27 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The event had every title defended, minus the women’s titles, and finished with a Royal Rumble featuring fifty participants. In a rumble match featuring Daniel Bryan, Rey Mysterio, and Randy Orton, the Monster Among Men emerged victorious, using the momentum to catapult himself into a victory in the Money In The Bank ladder match a few months later.
The Greatest Royal Rumble was the first show under the ten-year deal the WWE signed earlier this year, and we now know when the next event will take place. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that the latest Saudi show will be on November 2, five days after WWE Evolution on October 28.
It hasn’t been made official, however, but Saudi officials believe that to be the date of the next WWE event.
