WWE Mentioned During Olympics, Variety Looks at Saturday Morning Slam

- Christian is featured in the “Superstar Spotlight” on the home page of WWE.com.

- During the gold medal boxing match between China and Thailand at the Olympics, one of the commentators said during the fight, “this has turned into a WWE-type match.”

- Variety is featuring an article looking at the new WWE Saturday Morning Slam show, which will debut on Saturday, August 25 at 10 a.m. The article noted WWE is looking to recoup lost licensing fees and advertising dollars after WWE Superstars ended its run on WGN, and NXT ended its run on Syfy.

    For real WWE gets cheap exposure. WWE has funds from the Army, it gets mentioned on the Fucking Olympics, and the “Puppet” Obama even talks about WWE. Its ridiculous because when WWE was actually watchable they got none of this.
