- We noted before how Vince McMahon has been more hands-on backstage at RAW with Eric Pankowski gone. Vince is said to have been really on his game the past two weeks and was described as being like the Vince of old – revitalized and healthy.

- As noted before, WWE is hiring for a new Vice President of WWE Kids Entertainment. They want someone who has worked in children’s programming for at least ten years and is into kids pop culture and current trends.

WWE is planning a specific initiative to gear up to promote their product harder with kids and families. Specifically, they are looking at new ideas and initiatives to make the WWE brand stronger with mothers and their children.

Hell no. I don’t like the sound of this at all. What has this company become? Sesame Street? Hell nah….

Boy! more kid friendly huh? so Cena’s next big match is a Best out of 3 Balloon fight, and then he shakes his car keys for the audience’s attention, then plays peek a boo for 19 minutes, then makes poopy sounds, until Punk gets his revenge and makes more poopy sounds, then for a solid ending they build a lego castle with the fun lesson of SHARING,

if you don’t like the current kid friendly direction of the WWE, there is always TNA, ROH, indys, Japan and Mexico. or better yet, if you hate the current state pro wrestling is now, say Fuck it and watch MMA.

It’s not as simple as PG = bad TV 13 = good its more a case that the booking is utter shit nowadays and would be even in an edgier product.

They didn’t say a single thing about taking it back to the “Attitude Era” style at all. They said “old school”, as in how things used to be book WAY before the ECW-inspired “Attitude” ever came around. There was nothing “old school” about that era, it was the era of Vince Russo and horrible storylines taking over actual match time, half-hour long “This is your life” skits taking precedence over actual wrestling etc.
