Welcome to the WWE Raw pre-show, and we are live on the WWE Network. Scott Stanford, Booker T, Corey Graves, and David Otunga hype what we will see tonight, which is Dean Ambrose talking about winning the WWE Title. Also, AJ Styles will talk about his win over John Cena at MITB.
There is a recap video of the MITB PPV. Titus O’Neil was interviewed about losing to Rusev at MITB. Also, Charlotte will be defending the WWE Women’s Title against Paige.
Welcome to WWE Monday Night Raw. Dean Ambrose is shown arriving at the arena in a taxi cab. Dean Ambrose walked to the ring to open the show. Ambrose said last night was a long night, and that includes the stuff he doesn’t remember. Ambrose said that Seth Rollins also had a long night. Ambrose said that what goes around comes around, and Rollins now knows that first hand. Ambrose also said that hard work pays off. Ambrose said that he has been chasing the WWE Title for two years and why he is now champion. Roman Reigns walked down to the ring. Reigns asked him how he feels to be champion. Ambrose said that he would have cashed in on him too. The fans chanted that Reigns can’t wrestle. Reigns told the fans to shut up. Reigns asked him if he was a fighting champ and wants to know when he gets it. Seth Rollins walked out to a monster pop and told Reigns to hold on. Rollins said that he achieved his dream last night and that he wants his rematch. Shane McMahon walked out and congratulated Ambrose for winning the WWE Title. Shane thinks we should see Rollins vs. Reigns again. Rollins doesn’t think that is a good idea and wants to hear what Stephanie has to say. Shane thinks that Stephanie would love it and that he is running the show tonight. Shane booked Rollins vs. Reigns for tonight. The winner will be the number one contender for the WWE Title.
-Commercial Break-
Singles Match: Sami Zayn vs. Kevin Owens.
They start brawling to begin the match. Owens tossed him into the barricade, and we cut to commercial.
-Commercial Break-
We’re back from break with Owens hitting a back splash. Zayn fought back and hit an outside dive. Zayn went to the top rope, but Owens cut him off. Zayn knocked him down and missed a dive. Owens with a superkick for 2. Zayn hit a german suplex but ran into a superkick. Owens went for the powerbomb, but Zayn blocked and rolled him up for 2.
Winner: Zayn.
Post-match, Owens attacked Zayn, and they brawl until they are separated by WWE officials.
-Commercial Break-
Zayn and Owens are still brawling in the back until they are separated again.
John Laurinaitis walked out and introduced himself to the fans. Shane walked out and asked him what he was doing. John said that he is talking about the WWE Draft and wants to run SmackDown. Shane said that were not having a corporate yes man. Shane said that he would be running SmackDown. John said that he would run RAW. Shane demanded that he get backstage.
Enzo Amore and Big Cass walked out to a massive reaction.
Tag Team Match: The Vaudevillains vs. Enzo Amore and Big Cass
Enzo and Gotch started things off. Gotch knocked him down and then landed an elbow drop. English was tagged in and put the boots to him. Moments later, Enzo got the hot tag and tagged in Big Cass who hit a shoulder block to English and a big boot to Gotch. Cass with a splash and a slam to English. Enzo hit a splash off the top rope for the win.
Winners: Enzo Amore and Big Cass

AJ Styles walked down to the ring to open the second hour. Styles said that he has been waiting on this moment for years. The dream match between him and John Cena was tainted by Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows. Styles said that The Club had no business in his business. Styles wanted Anderson and Gallows to give him an apology. They walk out, and Styles told them that they gave Cena an excuse for his loss. Styles said that his name has been dragged through the mud. Anderson apologized, and so did Gallows. Styles said that he needed them to apologize to Cena as well. Styles wanted Cena to walk out. Cena said that he he doesn’t want an apology and that Styles broke the contract. Gallows and Anderson apologized. Cena said that Styles needs a win so bad that he did anything it took. Cena said that Styles should be moving on but rather he is apologizing for not being as good as he says he is. Styles said that Cena is using The Club as an excuse for his loss. Cena said he respects the win but also you have to be a man and a man of your word. Cena said that Styles doesn’t have balls or his word. Styles said that The Club did Cena a favor. Styles said he would do Cena a favor and asked him who he wants to fight tonight. Cena said Styles tonight and walked to the ring. Styles said except for him (Anderson or Gallows). Styles said he has the Stone Cold podcast tonight, and he has already beaten Cena. Cena said that it doesn’t matter because he will get jumped by The Club. Styles booked Anderson vs. Cena tonight.
-Commercial Break-
Singles Match: Karl Anderson vs. John Cena.
Cena squashed him and then hit an AA. Styles and Gallows ran down and attacked Cena.
Winner via DQ: Cena.
Post-match, Styles hit the Styles Clash on Cena.
Seth Rollins cuts a promo about beating Ambrose in the main event.

Becky Lynch was doing a backstage interview when she was attacked by Natalya.
Singles Match: Baron Corbin vs. Zack Ryder
Corbin knocked him down, but Ryder fought back and sent him to the floor. Back in the ring, Corbin hit a big boot and the End of Days for the win.
Winner: Corbin.
-Commercial Break-
A video package for The Wyatt Family was shown.
There was a backstage segment between Paige and Charlotte.
Women’s Title Match: Charlotte © vs. Paige.
They lock up; Paige hit a series of drop kicks. Charlotte rolled to the floor, and sucker punched Paige.
-Commercial Break-
We’re back with Paige going for a series of quick roll ups. Paige with a series of super kicks and then a running knee for 2. Paige put her in the corner and went for a suplex, but Charlotte blocked and hit a front face suplex. Charlotte hit a moonsault off the top rope for 2. Charlotte went for the Figure Eight Submission, but Paige blocked and rolled her up. Paige hit the RamPaige for 2. Dana Brooke was knocked off the apron. Charlotte kicked her in the face and hit Natural Selection for the win.
Winner: Charlotte.
Post-match, Sasha Banks walked down and hit The Bank Statement to Charlotte. Paige attacked Brooke. Banks and Paige stood in the ring.
Bray Wyatt the fans that he was here in a backstage promo.
-Commercial Break-
The Wyatt Family walked down to the ring and Wyatt asked the fans if they missed him. The New Day walked down to the ring. The New Day told him to cut it because he is talking too much. They took a knee and then mocked Wyatt for his booty. New Day said that every time they walk out the fans has a good time. Kofi said that they were WWE Tag Team Champions because they are so positive. Wyatt laughed at them and said that he hopes they knew what they just did. How dare they interrupt him in his return, Wyatt said. Wyatt said that New Day will fall.

Rusev and Lana walked down to the ring. Titus O’Neil followed, and a brawl broke out.
-Commercial Break-
Chris Jericho demanded that Shane McMahon give him a WWE Title match with Dean Ambrose. Jericho told Shane in a backstage segment that Ambrose is an animal after he put Jerico on thumbtacks. Jericho said that he would rather work for Stephanie than Shane. Shane believes he will be running both shows.
Number Contenders Match For The WWE Title: Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns.
Reigns landed a series of right hands and then sent him into the barricade. Back in the ring, Rollins caught him with a series of kicks and then hit a neck breaker for 2. Rollins hit a dropkick for 2 and then locked in a headlock. Reigns fought out, but Rollins cut him off with a clothesline.
-Commercial Break-
We’re back with Rollins having him in a headlock. Reigns fought out of it with a right hand. Rollins caught him with an enziguri. Rollins with a right hand but Reigns fired back. Reigns with a big clothesline and more in the corner. Rollins shoved him out of the ring and hit an outside dive then followed with a splash, but Reigns caught him with a powerbomb. Rollins went for a pedigree, but Reigns blocked and hit the Superman Punch for a near fall. Reigns went for a spear, but Rollins kicked him in the face. Reigns backed him up and sent him to the apron. Rollins with a high kick and then a springboard knee. Rollins with a superkick for 2. Rollins went to the top rope and missed a frog splash. Reigns with the drive by. Reigns cleared the announce table. Reigns went for a powerbomb, but Rollins kicked him in the head. Reigns speared Rollins onto the table, but it didn’t break. Both men were counted out.
Shane McMahon walked out on stage and said that there needs a number one contender. Ambrose said that he would fight both Reigns and Rollins in the same night. Shane booked a triple threat match at Battleground. Ambrose hit Dirty Deeds to Reigns and Rollins then stood tall to close the show.
