WWE Planning Another Cable TV Show?, Backstage Network Talk

– There are tentative plans in the works to try and get another WWE project on cable TV this summer, something that had originally been earmarked for the WWE Network. We noted before that WWE may be bringing NXT to American TV this fall.

There is also talk that WWE’s new deal with Yahoo will be the end of their partnership with YouTube. It’s expected that Hulu will keep airing RAW, SmackDown, Superstars and NXT replays.

WWE’s new deal with Yahoo led to lots more talk at RAW on Monday night that the Network is nowhere near ready. There’s a feeling that show ideas planned for the Network will end up airing on E! and Yahoo.

No there already is enough wrestling on tv. Lets go back to a time where wrestling was only on Monday nights with wwf and wcw Monday only, and then wcw started wcw thunder on Thursday then wwe had sunday night heat on Sundays, If I was to name every wrestling show on tv this would turn into a book but lets look at it now, Mondays RAW – Tuesday really is Smackdown – Weds is Main event -Thursday Superstars along with TNA – Fri is re run of Smackdown, – Sat is Slam. Sunday is only day without a show sooo if any show wwe wants it would probably be on Sunday

Please put NXT on national television. That is better than Raw most weeks.
