– There is talk within WWE about adding a Divas tag team title. The idea behind it is because of the new push on the Divas in the company.
WWE used to have a women’s tag team title, but it was back in the 1980s and were rarely defended. The first champions were Velvet McIntyre and Princess Victoria in 1983.
– Apparently WWE didn’t do their research before giving the Submission Sorority name to the new group of Charlotte, Becky Lynch, and Paige. If you did a Google search on “Submission Sorority” this past week, then you might have gotten a bunch of porn related websites. Since WWE is in the PG era, this is a huge problem for them.
WWE is in talks of changing the name and one of the ideas for the new name is “Submission Sisters.”
It should be noted that if you google the term “Submission Sorority” on google now, all of the porn references have been pushed off the first page and WWE is listed on the first page instead.
