WWE possibly moving Seth Rollins out of big Wrestlemania match

Seth Rollins

The road to WrestleMania is almost about to begin with us not being too far from the Royal Rumble. It seems, however, that one of the main matches pencilled in on the WrestleMania card may not take place after all.

Seth Rollins dropped the Intercontinental Title at WWE TLC to Dean Ambrose and after the events of the following RAW, it appears that their feud is not yet over with Ambrose continuing his mind games.

On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer said that Rollins’ booking has been really poor. He added that he found it very difficult to picture him in a match against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania, which is what we think is the current plan.

Of course, there is a long time to go since WrestleMania, and WWE could easily have a long-term plan to get Rollins’ storyline back on track. Right now, though, it does not seem likely that Rollins will get to face the Beast in WWE’s biggest event.

This is all pure speculation at this point, so we will get to know more on this as we get closer to Wrestlemania.

Yeah, I can see that, but what I would like to see (just wishing) is he winning the Universal Title then leaving Raw, go to Smackdown and win the WWE Title. (Once again, just wishing).

You say he keeps shooting himself in the foot backstage, yet it has been said by many that these rumours are false. The “always being late” one was later said to be a complete fabrication for starters.

I don’t believe in backstage heat that just dirt sheet talk to me by wrestling fans living in there mother basement.

The only reason I don’t see Braun Strowman winning the world time is because they plan on moving him to Smackdown. Shortly after he gets to Smackdown just before they move to Fox I see Braun Strowman as WWE Champion.

  • Dirt McGirt

Strowman is over, but he is very limited by what he can do and will NEVER be THE man. The best he can hope for is to be a heel champ that the top face chases or as a transitional champion.

Do you even read other stories before posting the same damn story?

Not even an old story as it is still on the same bloody front page.

You may also see AJ Styles win the Royal Rumble an face Brock Lesnar at WM 35.

There’s been reports that Strowman keeps “shooting himself in the foot” backstage. That’s why he’s never been given a title run yet. Sorry man but I honestly don’t see Braun winning against Lesnar at RR. What I do see happening is Lesnar vs. Somebody at Mania and Braun vs. Lars or something along those lines happening at Mania.

  • Nicholas Giambattista

    Disagree

  • Dirt McGirt

Is Strowman does win the title, and I don’t think he’s going to, it will only be to lose it to Drew at Mania. On a roster that has McIntyre and Rollins, Strowman will never get anything other than a Big Show title run.

  • Nicholas Giambattista

You do realize we still have Braun Strowman vs Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble there is a strong chance Strowman walk out champion unless there is a screw job.

Jesus Christ, when is this disgusting Lesnar era in WWE ever going to end? That guy never deserved to get pushed by “I Love Bodybuilders” McMahon the first time around. He’s a mercenary who has made it publicly clear he doesn’t give a damn about the business, his fellow wrestlers, or the fans, he just cares about making money got into the business to make money. He left it after being pushed to the moon undeservedly, to try and make money in the NFL. He failed miserably, so he tried his hand at MMA. He made money in MMA, until his body conked out. So he came crawling back to WWE to make money. And wouldn’t you know it, Vinnie Mac gave him THE top spot back, and he’s literally had it ever since. For years. Where he gets paid more than anyone else on the roster, and barely has to work every year.

I was already falling out of WWE before he came back. But this era we’ve been in since he’s been back, perfectly encapsulates everything that’s wrong with modern WWE.

  • Raidertre

    Yeah right lol.

  • BB

Ugh, instead we’re gonna get a Lars vs. Lesnar type of match at Mania instead… You heard it here first.
