– WWE has filed a documents with the SEC announcing their financing plan to purchase a new corporate jet.
The document notes that WWE has created a new subsidiary, “WWE Jet Services, Inc.” to enter into a Loan & Aircraft Security Agreement with RBS Asset Finance for a $31.56 million loan. Quarterly installments of $405,548 would be required until the seven-year loan expires on August 7th, 2020.
One of the terms in the agreement states that WWE cannot operate the jet as a taxi service or fly the jet in restricted airspace. The primary hangar location will reside in Westchester County Airport in White Plains, New York.
