  • Sumit

Taker should be higher den 7.

  • Dan

Trish Stratus probably isn’t included on the list because she didn’t become Women’s champion till the end of the Invasion angle. All she really did during the Attitude Era was manage Test and Albert.

  • SYM

Another excuse for the fat losers in the IWC to complain.

  • Razo Power

@Ryan, You know D-X was the begining of any thing that had to do with Attitude.

  • Jeremy

Its top 20, not every wrestler. Somebodies obviously gettin left off. Trish needs to be on there if Lita is for sure. What a pretty list of names haha

  • jt

diamond skye – idont believe shane has the greatest relationship with vince since he got awqay from the biz

  • DiamondSkye

Stephanie placed higher than Shane? Sad choices.

  • Jimbo

I can’t wait for Kurt Angle to go on a Twitter rant about how he’s not #1.

  • Ryan

HBK wasn’t even part of the attitude era. It didn’t start til Austin WON the title and HBK retired.

  • donkster

Golddust? Replace him with xpac and the list is good

  • mtlhitman

Kurt Angle is great wrestlers but attitude era icon not sure at all! He was a top star around 2001 with the aliance storyline and with new star like john cena yeah he had great feud with jericho and benoit but still close to 2000 to me it’s’much more from 96-early 2000 around 2001 wcw was dead no competion left !

  • scooter

With the exception of X-pac not being included its a very good list.

  • Robinson

    Wwe really sucks at lists

  • Joe

with Brett Hartt pretty much the lead usher for the attitude era, I’m surprised he’s ranked so low.

  • sam

    @phoenix

this list is not about who was a better wrestler, but who was the better icon.
tbh its a great list although where is trish stratus though??

  • Man

Finally a WWE list that seems to be right

  • wow

cant believe xpac isnt on this list. his promo after wrestlemania put the fire back into dx and gave that stable life for years. hbk was barely even there for the attitude era

  • Riddle

@Phoenix Stone colds neck injury forced him to change his ring style. He was a pretty good mat technician before that. But that’s not what this list is about anyways so what does it matter if he was a good wrestler?

  • phoenix

Know I am going to get heat but SSCA wasn’t the best wrestler by far he just had a great gimmick that worked and great mic work. Look at his career in WCW he wasn’t great he was at times a decent tag partner.

  • Billy Anthony Karen Aid Nigel Kirk

Disappointed that Too Cool and Trish Stratus are not on that list.
