WWE releases former Impact talent

WWE has come to terms on the release of former Impact star Amanpreet Singh Randhawa, known in TNA as Mahabali Shera, per PWInsider.

Randhawa signed with the WWE back on February 27, and mostly found himself eating losses at NXT house shows against the likes of EC3, Raul Mendoza, and Babatunde.

Randhawa didn’t pick up any gold while in TNA, but was a part of a big feud with James Storm in 2014, and was picked to be a big star for the company when Impact began touring in India as part of a deal with Sony SIX. However, he’s best remembered for the Shera Shuffle dance more than anything.

While signed to the company, he never appeared on NXT TV, though he did work live events under the Mahabali Shera name.
