Sasha Banks did not appear on WWE TV this week, though she was mentioned on both RAW and Smackdown. Banks was reportedly given time to think about what she wanted to do. In the meantime, her former Boss-N-Hug Connection partner Bayley was moved to SmackDown during the Superstar Shake-Up.
Bayley teamed up with Naomi on RAW and then teamed with Ember Moon on Smackdown Live this week.
John Pollock of Post Wrestling reported that WWE is hopeful to have The Boss back to work by next month’s Money in the Bank PPV. WWE believes that Sasha Banks will decide to come back to the company after getting some time off, but nothing is concrete.
“I was told by one person that they hope to have her on the next pay-per-view, but nothing is set in stone in that regarding her status.”
The last time we saw Sasha Banks was when she and Bayley lost their WWE Women’s Tag Team Title at Wrestlemania. It was also reported that if Banks did make her return to the company, she would go back to RAW.
